As a decorated Vietnam Veteran I disagree with our current involvement in Afghanistan. As long as the Veterans administration fails to adaquetly support returning Veterans I cannot support the war. More servicemen take their own lives after returning home than those killed in this war. Something is wrong when our servicemen do this. Our previous administrations contention that the war would support it's self through oil revenues which also did not occur. Our economy is suffering because of the war and our tax dollars are not sufficient to support this action. |
